How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone/iPad:
1. Open Settings
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Find Peacely and tap Cancel
On Android:
1. Open Google Play Store
2. Tap your profile icon
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
4. Find Peacely and tap Cancel
How do I restore my purchases?
Open Peacely, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. For iPhone, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android, visit play.google.com/store/account.

How do I change my email address?
Go to Settings > Account in the app and tap on your email to update it.
How do I delete my account?
To request deletion of your Peacely account and associated data, please contact us at privacy@peacely.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
What will be deleted:
• Your account and profile information (email, name)
• Your affirmation preferences and favorites
• Your usage history and settings
What may be retained:
• Anonymous analytics data (cannot be linked back to you)
• Transaction records (required for legal/tax purposes, up to 7 years)
Timeline: Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request, as required by GDPR.
Important: If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first through your device's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play) to avoid future charges.
Using the App
How do I change my notification time?
Go to Settings > Notifications and adjust your preferred reminder time.
Can I change the affirmation categories?
Yes! Go to Settings > Categories to select which categories you want to see.
